Independent Sales Representative Training
The Theralieve Independent Sales Representative Training Program is designed to equip sales partners with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to effectively represent Theralieve’s wellness and therapeutic product line. This training focuses on product knowledge, brand compliance, customer engagement, and professional ethics. Upon completion, participants will be qualified to independently represent Theralieve in the marketplace, ensuring consistent brand messaging and top-tier client service. Participants will learn how to prepare installation areas, use professional tools, interpret technical manuals, troubleshoot common issues, and deliver quality results that meet professional standards and client expectations.

The curriculum is typically built on two critical pillars:

  1. Safety Protocols: This is the most crucial element. The course covers personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard identification (like electrical shock, falls, and chemical exposure), lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices. It emphasizes creating a culture of safety that protects the installer, the end-user, and the property.

  2. Adherence to Standards: This component focuses on the “rules” of the trade. Students learn to navigate and apply relevant codes and standards, such as the National Electrical Code (NEC) for electrical work or International Plumbing Code (IPC).
